POLISH — PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: 18 September 2026.

This policy explains how the personal data of visitors to estibestie.wizualna.eu is processed and what rights individuals have in relation to their data.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Estera Łoś, operating as a private individual, at Aleja Lotników 17/44, 02-668 Warsaw, Poland.

Contact the controller by email at hello@estibestie.pl or by phone at 530 123 374.

2. What data is processed

Depending on how you use the website, we may process your name, email address, phone number, message content, IP address, browser and device information, the date and time of your visit, and information stored in cookies.

The contact form is not intended for sharing health information or other special categories of personal data. Please do not include such information in your message. If a separate health screening form is required before a session, you will receive separate information about how that data is processed.

3. Purposes and legal bases for processing

  • Contact and responses to messages — to handle an enquiry sent through the form, by email or by phone. The legal basis is taking steps at the request of the individual before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or the controller’s legitimate interest in correspondence and handling enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Scheduling and providing a service — when contact leads to booking a session; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Website security and proper operation — including preventing abuse and spam and analysing technical errors; the legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Non-essential cookies — only after consent is obtained, if such cookies are enabled (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings.
  • Legal obligations and defending claims — where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims (Article 6(1)(c) or (f) GDPR).

4. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data is voluntary, but your name, a valid email address and the content of your message are needed to send the form and receive a reply. A phone number is optional.

5. Recipients of data

Data may be entrusted to parties supporting the website and communication with visitors, in particular providers of hosting, email, IT services, security and technical support, only to the extent necessary to provide those services. Data may also be shared with authorised public authorities where required by law.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers of online tools may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers are made using mechanisms provided for under the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

7. Data retention

  • Correspondence data — for as long as needed to reply and continue the conversation, and then until any potential claims become time-barred;
  • Data related to providing a service — for the duration of the service and the period required by law or needed to defend claims;
  • Technical logs — for the period set by the hosting provider’s settings and policy;
  • Data processed on the basis of consent — until consent is withdrawn, unless another legal basis permits continued processing.

8. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and, where provided by law, data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

For matters concerning your data, write to hello@estibestie.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

9. Cookies

The website may use cookies that are necessary for its proper and secure operation. Optional cookies, including analytics or marketing cookies, may be enabled only in accordance with the choice you make in the cookie banner. You can change your choice later using the consent management option on the website.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Restricting essential cookies may affect some features of the website.

10. Security and changes to this policy

The controller applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the data processed. This policy may be updated due to changes in the law, website functionality or tools used. The current version is always published on this page.
